Most indoor plants require some level of sunlight to thrive. We provide
sunlight requirements for each plant in our product descriptions to guide you
in choosing the right match for your home.

Our plants come in grow pots with drainage holes, making it easy to transfer
them to decorative pots. For further assistance, feel free to reach out to our
customer support team.

Orders, Delivery, Payments & Refunds

That’s wonderful! If you’re gifting the joy of plant parenthood, simply specify it during the ordering process, and we’ll ensure not to include the receipt in the
package.

You can expect your delivery within 1-4 days after placing your order. On the day of delivery, our dispatch personnel will contact you for confirmation. If you’re unavailable to receive your delivery after confirmation, there may be a fee for re-delivery on another day.

We accept various payment methods through Paystack, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Rest assured that your payment details are secure.

We don’t accept plant returns, but we guarantee that every plant will arrive in good health. All plants are guaranteed for 7 days after arrival.

If your plant arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.

does my plant look different from the website? The pictures on our website serve as a reference for what your plant should look like. Just as no two humans look exactly the same, the same goes for plants.

For orders outside of Nigeria, please contact us directly, and we’ll explore the possibilities for you.
